Composition:

Each Capsule Contains
Iron (II) glycinate (Ferrous bisglycinate)	92 mg
Equivalent Iron	24 mg
Folic acid	500 mcg
Lactoferrin – Bovine	50 mg

Directions for Use:
Adult: 1: capsule daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. To be swallowed with water.
Lactoferrin is derived from cow's milk. Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice.
If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/spinal tube defect/spina bifida, seek specific medical advice.
Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
