Directions for Use:
Adults: 1 tablet daily or as adviced by your healthcare practitioner. To be swallowed with water.
Store below 300C, away from direct sunlight.
Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts
or for a long period. Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.
A daily dose of 150 mcg for adult of selenium from
dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
