Evidence:
- Dill seeds have been used as a household remedy to relieve digestive problems such as stomachache, indigestion and flatulence.
- Dill water is believed to have a soothing effect and is given to babies to treat gripe, relieve hiccups and colic.
- Decreases intensity of infant colic.
- Studies have shown, 65 % of infants treated with fennel oil based formulations, have experienced relief of colic symptoms.
- Reduces crying duration.
Directions for Use:
Dosage: one to two capsules to be squeezed in the mouth of the infant after meals or when necessary, to a maximum daily dose of 6 soft gels.
Twist the neck of the capsule and squeeze slowly the contents directly into the mouth of the infant. Discard the empty capsule shell.
